Everbuilt Construction Group is a general contractor that owns the whole project, from the first sketch to the final inspection.
Most construction problems are not about hammers and nails. They come from hand offs. The architect blames the builder. The builder blames the city. The homeowner is stuck in the middle making phone calls.
We set Everbuilt up to remove the hand offs. Our team draws the plans. Our team files the permits. Our crews build the work and our project manager meets the inspector. One contract, one schedule, one number to call.
We work for homeowners, investors and business owners. We build new homes and casitas, add rooms, remodel kitchens and baths, convert garages, refresh exteriors, install floors, cut counters and build out commercial spaces. For people who want to run their own job we offer the owner builder program.
Every job gets a written scope and price before work starts, a weekly report with photos during the build, and a walk through with a punch list at the end. That is how we want to be judged.

- Get it in writing. Every job gets a written scope and price before work starts. Do not start a job on a handshake with anyone.
- Look up the license. Ask any contractor, us included, for a Nevada contractor license number. Then look it up yourself on the Nevada State Contractors Board website.
- Ask about the permit. We file with the city and pick up the permit before work starts. Ask us for the permit number and check it with the city.
- Walk the work. We walk the finished work with you and make a punch list. The job is not done until that list is done.

Yes. Our team draws the plans and files the permits. We answer the city comments and pick up the permit before work starts.
Who does the electrical, plumbing and HVAC?
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC are done by licensed trade partners who work with us every week.
Will I get the price in writing?
Yes. You approve a written scope and price before work starts. Changes are priced in writing too.
